Option 1: Accompanying of property purchase

Buying  a property is an important event in our life where the stakes are high. Correcting an inadequate decision takes much energy, money, time and incurs loss. It is profitable in all aspects to involve a specialist, who can follow the whole process of the property selection from the beginning of the search to the succesful purchase, who can survey the real potentials of the property and spaces, and also measure them in the matter of investment purposes.

Details of the process: assessment and clarification of ideas, demands and possibilities. Recommendation of real estate advertisements. Selection of the recommended advertisements and those found by the customer based on the agreed criteria. Viewing the selected properties together, discussing whether the ideas are feasible, whether the property is a suitable purchase in terms of all relevant parameters. The price of the service is 1% of the estimated purchase price. The duration of the assignment lasts until the successful purchase of the property, but no more than 2 months.

Option 2: Layout analysis and concept plan

Consultation on the spot about the demands and the possibility of the property. Based on this, a reminder will be made and if necessary, further discussion will be possible accordingly. Finally a layout and an equipment floor plan will be prepared. The price is 15 - 21 euro/m2, depending on the complexity of the spot and the demands.

Option 3: Interior design and decorator concept plan

Consultation on the spot about the demands and the possibility of the property. Based on this, a reminder will be made and if necessary, further discussion will be possible accordingly.  A layout, an equipment floor plan and wall view drawings will be prepared. Further description, colour and cover recommendation, specific furniture recommendation with the drawings of the built-in furniture will be prepared. The price is 32 - 40 euro/m2, depending on the complexity of the spot and the demands.

The price does not include the following: measuring of the property, more than one on-site consultation, visual design plan.
